发酵液中HA含量分析方法的研究

摘    要:比较了咔唑法、地衣酚法、阿利新蓝法和Bitter-Muir法等4种分光光度法应用于分析透明质酸质量浓度的准确度和精确度,发现Bitter-Muir法适用于测定透明质酸质量浓度;同时探讨了糖分、蛋白质、酵母膏、无机盐等发酵液组成对Bitter-Muir法分析透明质酸质量浓度的影响,结果表明,这些组成对该分析方法有一定程度的干扰。

Abstract:Four spectrophotometries such as Carbazole method, Oreinol method, Alcian method and Bitter_Muir method, were adopted to analyze HA mass concentration and their accuracy and precision. The Bitter_Muir method is found applicable to determine HA mass concentration. The affects of impurity in fermentative broth such as resident glucose, protein, yeast and inorganic salt on the Bitter_Muir method for HA analysis were investigated. The result shows that the Bitter_Muir method is interfered by these impurities to some extent.
