磨料流加工时磨料流动形态的研究

摘    要:根据流变学原理建立了磨料流加工时磨料流动形态的数学模型,利用反光粒子-纹影照相法对磨料流动形态进行的分析表明:沿径向流速差决定了磨粒所受的力;壁面滑动速度决定了磨粒与加工表面的相对运动,磨粒所受的切向力和磨粒与加工表面的相对运动越大,其加工效果越好,实验结果与理论分析的结论基本一致。

Abstract:A mathematical model of the abrasive flow shape during abrasive flow machining (AFM) was established based on the principle of rheology.Analyses of abrasive flow shape by using instantaneous reflective grain_texture photography shows that the forces acting on abrasive grains are determinated by the difference of radial flow speeds,that the relative movement between machined surface and abrasive grains is determined by sliding speed of the wall surface, and that the greater the tangential thrust acting on abrasive grains and the relative movement on the machined surface,the better the machining effects.The experimental results coincide basically with the theoretical analyses.
