摘    要:通过对双腔气缸运动特性及气动回路的分析,建立了双腔气缸工作系统的动态特性模型,在建模过程中考虑了电磁切换阀及其到气缸之间的气动管路.在此基础上,采用Matlab对所建模型进行仿真;同时,搭建了气缸动态特性实验系统对建模对象———气缸进行了实验.仿真及实验结果表明,文中所建模型可以较准确地从理论上描述双腔气缸工作系统的动态特性.

Abstract:Based on the analyses of the dynamic characteristics and the pneumatic circuit of dual-chamber cylinders,a model describing the dynamic characteristics,which takes into consideration the pipeline between the solenoid valve and the cylinder,is established.Then,a simulation is carried out with Matlab based on the proposed model,and an experimental system for the dynamic characteristic test of the cylinder is designed.Simulated and experimental results indicate that the proposed model theoretically describes the dynamic characteristics of dual-chamber cylinders with high accuracy.
