| 摘 要： | 近年来，中外管理学者对于不相关多样化发展战略能否为企业增加收益或降低风险提出了许多不同的意见。本文作者认为，不相关多样化发展是企业发展到更高阶段的战略选择，其实施效果取决于能否遵循一些重要的策略原则。从中国企业的实践出发，总结和分析了这些策略原则。

| Abstract: | In recent years,there have arisen varied arguments about whether the conducting of the conglomerate diversification strategy will improve a firm's profit or reduce its risk,from Chinese and foreign scholars.This paper states that the conglomerate diversification strategy is an alternative of growth strategy for a firm developed into a higher stage,and that the consequences of the conducting of the conglomerate diversification strategy depend on some specific principles, which are summarized and analyzed according to the facts of China firms. |
