新型内冷式薄膜蒸发器的传热与蒸发性能

摘    要:研究了带冷凝器的新型内冷式薄膜蒸发器的传热与蒸发性能,采用正交实验,发现在进料流量、刮板转速和夹套加热温度这3个因素中,对总传热系数和蒸发速率的影响最大的是夹套加热温度,其次是进料流量,最小的是刮板转速,同时还发现物料在接近蒸发器的蒸发温度下进料,能充分利用地利用蒸发面积,提高传热系数和蒸发速率。

Abstract:Heat transfer and evaporating performance of a new-type inner-condensing thin-film evaporator is studied in this paper.By orthogonal experiment it is found that the heating temperature has the greatest influence on the total heating coefficient and evaporating rate,the feed speed has the second influence and the rotating speed has the smallest influence. It is also found that the evaporating surface can be used effectively and the heating coefficient and evaporating rate can be elevated when the feed temperature closes to the evaporating temperature.
