Inquiry into the Technical Innovation Patterns in the 21st Century

To implement the strategy of developing the country by science and education, reinforce technical innoation, develop high_technology and speed up industrialization, universities and research units should actively face the needs of the society, join in the market operation, provide services for the enterprises, speed up technical inovation and upgrade the level of industrialization. For the enterprises, how to have a better understanding of technical innovation and how to heighten their core technologies and strengthen their overall competitive ability is still a problem which should be solved, especially by big enterprises of new and high_tech industries. There are various patterns of implementing technical innovation. Among them, the co_operative mechanism which aims at the collabration among the government, institutions of higher learning and enterprises has proved to be the most effective pattern for the enterprises to implement their technical innovation. It is also an effective way for the university to promote its technical innovation.
