基于粘弹性理论的沥青混合料劈裂疲劳寿命预测

摘    要:以粘弹性理论为基础,用拟应变来代替实际应变,建定了劈裂疲劳的破坏标准,推导了沥青混合料劈裂疲劳寿命预测模型。通过劈裂蠕变试验确定了蠕变柔量、m值、松驰模量以及拟应变等模型参数,预测了AC13沥青混合料在0.1和0.15应力比下的劈裂疲劳寿命。最后经劈裂疲劳试验验证,修正了预测模型。结果表明,预测模型可以较为准确预估劈裂疲劳寿命,其离散性小于传统的劈裂疲劳试验;可以大幅度减少试验量,节约试验时间;推荐的修正系数k为0.757~0.713,可供今后研究参考。

Abstract:Based on viscoelastic theory, the pseudo strain were used to deduce the prediction model of indirect tensile fatigue life instead of actual strain of material, and the destroy criterion of indirect tensile fatigue was also established. The model parameters including creep compliance, m-value, relaxation modulus and pseudo stain were obtained via the indirect tensile creep tests of AC13 under two stress ratio (0.1 and 0.15), and then indirect tensile fatigue life was predicted. Finally, the prediction model was verified and modified through the indirect tensile fatigue tests. It is indicated that the proposed model provide a new idea of the research on fatigue performance of asphalt mixes, as well as simple tests, shorter testing time, convenience operation and better precision. The recommended correction coefficient is 0.757~0.713, which could be used in further research.
