摘    要:借助金相显微镜、DSC、X射线衍射和透射电镜等实验手段,研究了CuAlNiMnTi合金经高温形变热处理后对组织与性能的影响.试验结果表明,随合金变形量的增加晶粒尺寸变小,相变点M_s下降;适当形变热处理可以提高记忆性能,这是形成择优取向排列的马氏体作用的结果.

Abstract:Optical microscopy, CSC, X-ray diffraction and TEM have been used to study the effect of thermo-mechanical treatment on the structure and properties of CuAlNiMnTi SMA. The results show that the grain size is decreased and the Ms point lowered with the increase deformation and that proper deformation can improve the alloy memory property, probably due to the martensite formed preferably oriented by the deformation.
