摘    要:针对间歇反应动态安全性能控制和产品质量控制的双重目标,本文采用动态规划方法求解间歇反应过程的优化问题,结合通用模型控制算法实现间歇过程的动态优化和集成控制。首先将间歇反应过程分解成动态优化模型及过程控制模型,然后通过动态优化与闭环控制策略集成,同时考虑了不确定参数的影响,以提高间歇过程的产品质量及运行安全性能。将该方法应用于连串放热反应的间歇过程案例,研究结果验证了该方法的可行性和正确性。

Abstract:There are great interests to enhance batch operation to achieve safety operation while maximizing the quality performance of the desired product. The use of dynamic optimization in the control of batch reactors presents a useful tool for operating batch reactors optimally. In this work, the dynamic programming method is used to solve the optimization problem. The result of the optimization is given as the desired profile of the reaction temperature. A nonlinear model-based controller: generic model control algorithm (GMC) is used to drive the temperature of the batch reactors. The closed-loop optimization strategy uses an integrated framework of dynamic optimization and nonlinear controller (GMC). By this method, the safety and the quality of the desired product for the batch process is improved. A batch reactor with exothermic consecutive reaction scheme is used to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed approach.
