非木纤维纸浆的抄造性能研究

摘    要:非木纤维纸浆的抄造特性,是制约进一步开发利用非木纤维资源制浆造纸的原因之一.本研究以红麻杆、甘蔗渣、毛竹和芦苇等非木纤维原料为研究对象,从湿纸幅强度、湿纸幅粘附力和纸浆滤水性能等三个方面,较全面地分析了非木纤维纸浆的抄造特性;提出了用A/S比概念描述湿纸幅特性的新观点,并对用SFR和DAS指数等描述纸浆的滤水性能进行了探讨.

Abstract:Being lacking in forest resources in our country, it is important to develop non_wood fiber pulp in the papermaking industry. However, the commercial application is restricted in high_speed paper_machine due to the poor runnabilities of non_wood fiber stock. This paper focus on the major factors that affected the runnabilities of non_wood fiber stock. Generally, runnability includes three aspects, wet web strength, wet web adhesion and pulp drainability, in which fiber curl index (FCI) was used to describe the effects of fiber flexibility on wet web stretch and wet rupture work. Based on Mardon's equation, a new concept, A/S ratio, was introduced to evaluate pulp properties of adhesion and wet web strength. In the drainage test, SFR and DAS indexes were used to examine the stock drainabilities before and after wet_line.
