| 摘 要： | 提出了一种自适应图象压缩编码算法（ＡＣＣ），该算法将绝对矩方块截断编码算法（ＡＭＢＴＣ）、内插法和四叉树技术有机结合起来，根据图象的局部特性调节编码算法．仿真结果表明ＡＣＣ算法与文献［５］中自适应算法相比，在相同的压缩倍数下，能得到更好的编码性能．

| Abstract: | The paper introduces an adaptive compression coding algorithm (ACC) for image coding.It combines Absolute Moment Block Truncation Coding(AMBTC) with interpolation coding and quadtree and can adjust compression algorithm based on the local image detail.Simulation results show that the ACC algorithm can obtain better coding properties than the method as shown in reference at the same compression rate. |
