| 摘 要： | 就第２０届国际建协大会“城市设计论坛”中所反映拙的我国城市设计的观念问题，深入探讨了城市设计研究对城市建设所具有的迫切性，并详述了城市设计的基础上本原则在于以人为本，调节城市的建造过程，使之满足广大市民的基本要求。

| Abstract: | At the Urban Design Forum of XX UIA Conference, some urban design conceptual problems were presented. This article discusses the importance and urgency of the urban design study to our urban construction. The authors hold that the basic principles of urban design should take the human being as the fundamental basis. Therefore, the process of urban development should be constantly adjusted to fully satisfy the requirements of citizens. |
