外加物理场对壳聚糖-亚铁配合反应的影响

摘    要:壳聚糖基金属配合物新材料具有许多优异的实用性能和广泛的应用前景。本文通过考察各外加物理场对该配合反应的反应速率和配合物产量的影响研究外加磁场、超声波和微波辐射等物理场对壳聚糖-亚铁离子配合物配合反应的作用。结果表明,超声场对壳聚糖与亚铁离子配合反应的反应速率及配合能力的强化作用最明显;磁场处理和微波辐射对该反应也有一定的促进效果。指出外加物理场的强化作用存在一个阈值。同时,通过产物的紫外、红外光谱研究,揭示电磁场基本上没有改变反应产物壳聚糖-亚铁离子配合物的化学结构。对外加物理场处理的作用机理也做了初步理论探讨。

Abstract:There is a comprehensive application foreground for the coordination complexes of chitosan with metal ions because they have many of outstanding performances used as new practical material. The applications of extrinsic physics fields, such as magnetic fields, ultrasonic waves, microwave irradiation on the coordination reactions of chitosan-Fe(Ⅱ) were reported. The effects of each physics field on the reaction rate and complex yield were investigated respectively. The results showed that the reaction rate and coordinated capacity were enhanced remarkably by the ultrasonic waves. An improved result was found also from using magnetic fields treatment or microwave irradiation. It was pointed out that there is a threshold of enhancement for the physical treatment. The data from infrared spectra and UV spectra indicated the structure of chitosan-Fe(Ⅱ) complex treated with extrinsic physical fields were almost the same as that of the control. Also the mechanisms of physical treatments were discussed on theory briefly.
