摘    要:散乱点云数据的测量是三维物体曲面重建的前提和基础。本文在深入研究了三维测量原理的基础上,提出了一种基于格雷码-相移组合编码技术的光栅投影式测量和标定方法,并针对解码过程中由于图像噪声的干扰而可能出现的错误给出了一种码值修正算法。该测量方法综合了格雷码编码简单、测量范围大、抗干扰性强以及相移法分辨率高,适合测量小范围内表面连续的物体等优点。实验结果表明,应用本文三维测量系统测得的点云数据清晰,重建模型效果逼真,具有良好的实用性和稳定性。

Abstract:Measurement of 3D object to obtain its scattered points cloud data is the foundation of surface reconstruction. In this paper, a novel 3D measurement and calibration method based on grating projection in which Gray Code and phase shifting are integrated is presented, and a code revising algorithm is developed to deal with the error caused from image noise during the decoding process. The measurement method combines the advantage of Gray Code and phase shifting. Experimental results show that the obtaining scattered points cloud data is regular and with high quality by the measurement system presented in this paper, 3D model reconstructed from the cloud data achieves the effect of exactness and verisimilitude, and the system has a good characteristic of practicality, reliability and stability.
