| Abstract: | Since the intelligent card (IC) finds more and more application in electronic commercial affairs (EC), this paper introduces the characteristics of IC technology. After analyses of the requirement and prospect of IC, the authors point out that the wide use of IC technology will speed up the development of EC which will expliot the IC market in the same way. |
