摘    要:有源滤波器(Active Power Filter,APF)的开关损耗较大,是影响其性价比的重要因素之一。本提出了一种新方法,该方法通过比较有源滤波器的各相输出参考电流,来调整各相的滞环宽度,以降低开关损耗较大的相的开关动作次数,同时提高开关损耗较小的相的开关动作频率,从而保持总的控制精度。该方法只需加入一个调整电路,即可明显降低有源滤波器的开关损耗。用电磁暂态程序进行的计算机仿真结果表明,本方法可在控制精度和开关频率基本相同的情况下,明显降低有源滤波器的开关损耗,而且各相开关的温升也更加平稳。

Abstract:The switching losses of Active Power Filter ( APF) is one of the important factors that iffluence the performance-price ratio of APF. In this paper, a novel method is suggested. Under this new method, each phase output reference current of APF is compared to adjust hysteresis of each phase, so that the switching number of the phase that has greater switching losses is decreased, meanwhile the swiching number of the phase that has lowest losses is increased to maintain overall control precision. Only an adjusting circuit is needed, and the swiching losses will be decreased significantly. Computer simulation under electro-magnetic transient program shows that, this method can decrease the swiching losses siginificantly but has the same control precision and switching frequency, and the temperature rising of each phase swtiching device become more smoothly.
