沥青胶结料性能评价新指标的研究

摘    要:针对中国常用的沥青高温指标和温度敏感性指标的不足,首先运用自行研发的稠度测试仪进行了沥青粘弹性分析,发现沥青粘性部分是影响沥青高温性能的关键,由此提出了沥青纯粘性稠度及其计算方法;与沥青混合料动稳定度的比较分析表明:纯粘性稠度克服了中国现有高温指标不适宜评价改性沥青的缺点,可以作为沥青的高温指标。然后,通过稠度与温度关系的分析,提出了表征沥青感温性的稠度-温度指数及其计算方法。最后,给出了沥青纯粘性稠度和稠度-温度指数标准的建议值。

Abstract:Consistency testing system which can test consistency with a wide range of temperature was developed based on disadvantages of widely used indexes of asphalt high-temperature performance and temperature susceptibility. Firstly, analysis of visco-elasticity was conducted and it was found that viscosity has a great effort on high-temperature performance of asphalt. By this conclusion, the visco-consistency and its calculation method was advanced. Results of asphalt mixture dynamic stability indicated that visco-consistency avoided disadvantages of actual indexes that are not suitable to appraise modified asphalt. Secondly, consistency-temperature index and its calculation method were introduced after study on the connection between temperature and consistency. Finally, recommended values of the two new indexes were given.
