磨料流加工压力特性对加工表面粗糙度的影响

摘    要:对压力参数进行了详细的研究,研究结果表明,出入口压力差的增加导致边界层磨粒切向推力及法向压力增大,同时,预压力增加也能够增大边界层磨粒所受的法向压力。作者认为,出入口压力差及预压力增加都会提高磨粒刮削金属的效果。

Abstract:In this pper, pressure parameters of AFM (Abrasive Flow Machining) were studied in details. The results show that the increase of pressure differences between exit and entrance of the abrasive cavity leads to the increase of the tangential thrust and normal force of the abrasive on the boundary layer, that the increase of pre pressure also causes the increase of the normal force, and that the increment of the pressure between exit and entrance, and the increment of pre pressure will improve the machined surface roughness.
