水泥混凝土路面沥青加铺层材料的设计

摘    要:按照设计材料的概念和现代材料设计方法设计了水泥混凝土路面沥青加铺层材料FAC.整个材料设计过程包括:力学环境和使用条件的评价、材料设计原则的确定、材料设计的实施、材料性能的评价.在分析和验证过程中引入了离散单元方法并开发出了沥青混合料虚拟试验过程.通过多个实体工程的实际使用和三年使用效果观测,发现材料的各项指标和工程性能是令人满意的,从而证明了这一材料设计方法和过程的可行性.

Abstract:According to the concept of designing material and the modem material design method, a kind of asphalt Overlay material FAC used on concrete pavements was designed. The whole design process includes the evaluation of the mechanics environment and the using condition, the determination of the design principles, the implementation of the material design as well as the evaluation of the FAC performance. Moreover, the discrete element method was applied to the analysis and verification of FAC, based on which a simulative test was developed. The results of application of the material to several projects and the experience of three-year investigation show clearly that FAC is of optimal performance, and that the proposed design method and the procedure are both feasible.
