| 摘 要： | 论文分析了不干胶商标印刷机工作特点和工作过程，提出了一种双CPU结构的不干胶商标印刷机数控系统，研究了数控系统硬件基本结构、单片机与专用运动控制芯片外围接口电路及相关程序，开发了与大屏幕LCD触摸屏通信的Modbus协议。该系统以AVR系列的ATmeal128单片机为管理CPU，通过总线控制专用运动控制芯片PCL6045B驱动伺服电机工作。

| Abstract: | In this paper, the feature and process of gluing label printing press are analyzed, the computerized numerical control system based on double CPU on gluing label printing press is presented, the basic hardware configuration of NC system and the periphery interface electro-circuit on single chip joined special motion control chip are studied, Modbus Protocol communicated with large LCD touch screen is developed. This system uses ATmeal128 chip of AVR series as supervise CPU and uses bus-mastering special motion control chip driving servo motor. |
