论国际环保措施与我国外经贸发展

环境保护已成为国际社会普遍关注的热点，环保措施的实质是追求自然、社会和经济的可持续的发展，发达国家对贸易所实施的的环保措施已成为或将会成为我国外经贸进一步发展的新障碍。面对国外环保措施的挑战，我们必须统一认识，加大环保投入，提高环境标准，提供外资进入的优质环境条件，理性地研究环保措施规则，扶持环保产业，并逐步使该产业成为我国外贸出口的新增长点。

ON MEASURES ABOUT INTERNATIONAL PROTECTION OF ENVIRONMENT AND DEVELOPMENT OF FOREIGN ECONOMY AND TRADE IN CHINA

Environmental protection has become the focus of concern in the international community. Its essence is to guarantee a sustained development of nature, society and economy. Various restrictions placed on trade by developed countries in the name of environmental protection have become and will probably become new barriers to the further development of the foreign trade of our country. Faced with this challenge, we should reach a common understanding, raise environmental standards, improve environmental conditions for high quality foreign investment, carry out theoretical studies of environmental protection measures and regulations, support and invest more in the environmental industry so that it will become a new impetus to the export of the foreign trade of our country.
