| Abstract: | This thesis first advocates a general review of the Management By Objectives(MBO),and then further analyses the feasibility and practice of the introduction of MBO into Chinese universities. The thesis makes a detailed study about the different processes in MBO: in establishing the objectives, carrying out the objectives, assessments and awards and punishments. This thesis will be of reference value to deepening the university reforms. |
