摘    要:提出了传递函数-顺序单纯形多参数寻优估值方法,并将其用于非线性液相色谱系统等温线和总传质系数的估算。文中采用传递函数 法估算线性吸附系统的相平衡和动力学参数,并以这些参数作为多参数优化计算的初值,然后运用三参数顺序单纯形法进行参数寻优估算,从而获得了甘露醇和山梨醇吸附体系的Langmuir等温线和液固相间的总传质系数。把这些参数代入色谱分离模型,便可计算出色谱分离甘露醇和山梨醇的流出曲线。结果表明

Abstract:The transfer function_sequential simplex algorithm is developed to estimate isotherm and kinetic parameters for nonlinear liquid chromatography. Firstly, the transfer function method is used to estimate linear adsorption phase equilibrium and lumped mass transfer parameters. Secondly, these parameters are taken as the initial values of the parameters to be optimized. Thirdly, the optimization of the three parameters is performed by using the sequential simplex algorithm. Finally, the Langmuir isotherms and the kinetic parameters of the mannitol and sorbitol on resins are obtained. Experimental results show that the elution curves calculated by using both the parameters and the chromatographic model have a good agreement with the experimental elution curves.
