H型钢粗轧道次工艺过程数值分析

摘    要:以中型H型钢粗轧道次工艺过程为研究对象,通过热模拟实验建立了Q235流变应力模型,并选择某11道次典型规格H型钢的粗轧过程进行仿真研究,对轧制过程中轧制力及奥氏体晶粒尺寸变化进行了分析,结果表明:粗轧轧制力仿真结果和现场实测数据具有较高的吻合度;此外,粗轧过程能够有效细化腹板处晶粒,但芯部及翼缘晶粒细化不明显,因此其晶粒的细化必须依靠后续精轧过程实现。

INTEGRATIVE NUMERICAL ANALYSIS OF H-BEAM ROUGH ROLLING PROCESS
Abstract:Hot rolling process of H-beam was studied, the Q235 flow stress model was developed based on the test results, an 11-pass rolling process of typical size H-beam was simulated. The results show that calculated rolling force was very close to the measured. The austenite grain at the web was apparently fined while those at the conjunction of flange and web are not. Therefore, the refine of austenite must be actualized in the finish-rolling.
