摘    要:提出采用有害位移角代替位移角来控制转换层结构侧向刚度。通过大量不同结构布置、不同剪力墙厚度的带转换层的高层建筑结构算例计算分析,将楼层有害位移角比小于等于0.9作为带转换层的高层建筑结构楼层侧向刚度比的控制准则。同时,采用有限元计算模型分析了转换层上下部剪力墙刚度、转换梁刚度、转换层层高等因素对杆系模型的有害位移角计算的影响,得出修正的有害位移角比值法,并提出工程应用建议。

A New Criterion about the Lateral Stiffness of High-rise Structure with Transfer Storey
Abstract:Instead of the drift ratio, harmful drift ratio is put forward to control the lateral stiffness of high-rise structure with transfer storey. Based on a lot of examples analysis on high-rise buildings with transfer storey by considering different shear wall thickness and structure planning, it is put forward that the appropriate storey lateral stiffness can be determined by the ratio of interstorey harmful drift ratio,which is no more than 0.9. Moreover it is analyzed by the finite element model that the influence of some factors, which are thickness of shear wall, section of transfer beam and storey height, upon the harmful drift ratio and induces the formulas to improve the original values of harmful drift of transfer storey calculated by the link model. The corrected ratio of interstorey harmful drift ratio is brought forward and some suggestions in the application of the criterion to the engineering are given.
