微波辐射法正交设计合成马来酸单十八酯

摘    要:在微波辐射条件下研究以马来酸酐和正十八醇为原料,对甲苯磺酸为催化剂,合成马来酸单十八酯.采用正交实验设计,探讨微波功率、辐射时间、酸醇比、催化剂量等对酯化率的影响,然后通过红外光谱对反应产物进行结构表征.实验结果表明:微波辐射可合成马来酸单十八酯;实验条件为微波功率325 W,辐射时间28 min,酸醇比1.3,催化剂用量为0.8%时,酯化率可达95.45%.
