| 摘 要： | 食品机械优化设计的敏感性研究是对优化设计产生的最优解的检验与评价.以设计变量、食品工艺为依据,研究设计变量的变化对最优解和约束的影响,评价出敏感因素及敏感约束,为设计与制造提供依据,并保证优化结果的大裕量和安全可靠性.

| Abstract: | The sensitivity study of optimum design of the processing machine was the check analysis and assessment of the optimal solution.On the basis of variable quantity and food craft,this paper studied the influence of design variable on the optimal solution and constraint,it accessed the sensitive factors and sensitive constraints,it provided scientific basis for designing,manufacturing and operating,it assures the margin and reliability of optimized result. |
