单片机在电热水器中的应用

摘    要:介绍了用单片机构成电热水器控制器的基本设计方法。利用MC6 8HC0 5系列单片机可构成一功能较为完善的电热水器控制器 ,控制器的设计可按总体方案、软件设计、调试、固化四个步骤进行。其硬件系统由输入、单片机和输出三大部分组成 ;软件系统的设计采用模块化结构 ,主要由主程序、中断服务程序和若干功能模块子程序组成。为了节电和避免等用热水情况的出现 ,应用了模糊控制技术 ,定义温度偏差和温度变化率为输入模糊量 ,并通过模糊控制算法推断出加热时间的提前量

Abstract:The basic design procedure of forming the controller of an electric water heater with a single chipper is analysed.The controller of an electric water heater with good function is formed with the single chipper of MC68HC05 system.According to the four procedures,general scheme,software design ,test and solidification The controller design is performed.Its hardware system is composed of the three main parts,input and single chipper and output. Modular construction is adopted in the software system design. It is chiefly composed of main program ,interrupt service routine,and several functioning modular subprogram .Fuzzy control skill is used to save electricity and avoid waiting for heating water .Input fuzzy amount is considered as temperature deviation and temperature variation. The lead of heating time is deduced by calculating fuzzy control.
