延长油田牛平7井钻井液技术

摘    要:牛平7井所在区块地层结构复杂,钻井液技术难度大。为确保该井顺利施工,针对不同井段地层岩性,使用了低固相聚合物封堵防塌钻井液体系和低固相润滑防塌钻井液体系,辅以相应的钻井液维护处理工艺和固控设备,解决了上部地层易发生漏失、安定组和直罗组易坍塌掉块、煤层段紧邻目的层易垮塌等难题,达到了优快钻井的目的,为该区块以后的钻井液施工提供了经验。

Drilling fluid technology about Niu P7 well
Abstract:The difficulty of drilling fluid technology of Niu P 7 well is great because of complex geologic structure. In order to drill this well successfully, according to petrography character in different interval, low solid phase polymer sealing and anti-collapse drilling fluid and low solid phase lubricating anti-collapse drilling fluid are applied. And with the help of corresponding onsite maintaining techniques and the using of solid phase controlling machine, the down-hole troublesome conditions of mud loss from the upper formation and collapsing in An Ding and Zhiluo formation and collapsing in coal formation are successfully resolved. Finally, the purpose of drilling safely and rapidly is achieved and experiences are provided for other drilling work in this block.
