摘    要:研究了聚亚甲蓝修饰碳纤维微电极同时测定多巴胺和抗坏血酸的分析方法 ,在该修饰电极上 ,多巴胺和抗坏血酸均具有高的灵敏度 ,并且在电极反应过程中不沾污电极 ,重现性好 ,测定过程无需除氧 ,这对于生物活体在线检测是一个非常重要的条件

Abstract:The utilization of poly(Methylene blue) coated carbon fiber microelectrodes for simultaneously determining of dopamine and ascorbic acid was proposed in this paper.This approach offered several advantages such as simultaneous determination of dopamine and ascorbic acid with high sensitivity and the detected species didn't sully (adsorb) electrodes.More importantly, this analytical process can be performed without deaeration,which was an important condition for in vivo studies.
