摘    要:以牙嵌式离合器重量最轻和齿根弯曲应力最小为子目标,用理想点法建立了多目标约束最优化设计数学模型。对设计实例用惩罚函数法进行求解。对齿根弯曲应力进行了可靠度分析,验证了离合器结构参数优化结果的合理性,

Abstract:Taking the minimum weight of toothed cluth and the minimum bending stress at the met of tooth as the target, a mathematic model of multi - objective optimal design of toothed clutch is set up according to optimum point method. A practical design problem has been solved by SUMT methed, and the optimized structural dimension has been tumed out reasonable by reliability analysis of root bending stress of tooth.
