| 摘 要： | 考虑一列非线性回归模型，对非线性项使用了一阶近似进而使模型转化为线性模型，得到了模型ＬＳ估计的迭代解，考察了解的渐近性质，证明了过程的可行性，最后对非线性项的特殊情形作了描述，其中１种情形可得到ＬＳ估计的精确解。
