基于前移回归分析的科技人才需求预测模型

摘    要:从某省科技人才开发利用现状出发, 利用前移回归系统经济预测模型对该省1997-2007年科技人才的需求量进行了预测, 预测结果显示, 工业总产值对科技人员需求影响最大, 人均GDP影响次之, 人口增长率的影响最小. 科技人员需求量的预测值与实际值比较满足实际要求, 同时也给出了来年所需科技人员数.

Abstract:Based on the status quo of cultivation and utilization of the science and technology talents resources,This paper forecasts the needs of science and technology talents from 1999 to 2007 in a province by forward regressive forecasting model.
