| 摘 要： | 从某省科技人才开发利用现状出发, 利用前移回归系统经济预测模型对该省1997-2007年科技人才的需求量进行了预测, 预测结果显示, 工业总产值对科技人员需求影响最大, 人均GDP影响次之, 人口增长率的影响最小. 科技人员需求量的预测值与实际值比较满足实际要求, 同时也给出了来年所需科技人员数.

| Abstract: | Based on the status quo of cultivation and utilization of the science and technology talents resources,This paper forecasts the needs of science and technology talents from 1999 to 2007 in a province by forward regressive forecasting model. Forecasting result demonstrates that the most effective influence of the need for the science and technology talents is gross value of industrial output,the effect of GDP per captia is secondary and the growth rate of population plays an insignificant role in this provin... |
