冬泳运动对中年人血脂代谢的影响

摘    要:为探讨冬泳运动对中年人血脂代谢的影响,对15名经常参加冬泳的中年人的血脂进行了指标测试,并与无系统运动锻炼的中年人相比较,结果发现:比较对照组,冬泳组血清TC含量显著降低,HDL-C含量显著升高.血清TG和LDL-C含量有所升高,但差异无显著性.与此同时,冬泳组血清APO-AI含量显著升高,APO-B含量显著下降,APO-AI与APO-B的比值显著升高.说明长期冬泳锻炼对改善中年人的血脂代谢具有显著性意义.

Abstract:To explore the effects of long-term winter swimming training on blood lipids metabolism in the middle- aged, the blood lipids in 15 middle aged, who took part in winter swimming regularly, were measured and compared with those who did not take part in regular exercises of the same age. Compared with the control group, their serum TC concentration decreased and HDL-C concentration increased significantly. Serum TG and LDL-C contents in winter swimming group had an increasing tendency, but there were no significant distinctions. At the same time, their serum APO-AI concentration increased, and APO-B concentration decreased drastically, which resulted in remarkable APO-AFAPO-B increase. The research shows that the long-term winter swimming exercise would be beneficial to improve blood lipids in middle aged.
