| 摘 要： | 通过对ZL26A设备原无级变速器控制方式的分析,设计了以西门子SIMOTION D伺服控制为基础的ZL26A滤棒成型机组伺服控制系统.该系统使用后,生产数据表明,成型机的运行稳定性和控制精度都得到了相应的提升.

| Abstract: | According to the requirements of the ZL26A production, the machine＇s index of capability and design the motion control system is integrated based on the servo system of SIEMENS. The production date shows that the machine improved the molding machine operation stability and control precision. |
