| 摘 要： | 城镇用地、农村居民点用地、工业用地等建设用地的集约利用是实现土地集约利用的主体和核心.通过对常德市城镇用地、农村居民点用地、工业用地的现状分析,发现常德市建设用地的集约利用水平在不断提高,但与发达地区情况和国家有关标准相比,常德市建设用地集约利用程度还有较大潜力可挖.

| Abstract: | The intensive use of construction land was the main and core of land intensive use.By analyzing the present situation of urban land and the countryside residential land and industrial land, the intensive degree of Changde City's construction land was enhancing unceasingly, but compared with the developed countries and areas and the national related standards, it also has big potentiality to dig. |
