| 摘 要： | 本文分析了国内外城市生活垃圾现状、处理处置技术的走向和所面临的问题,提出中国城市垃圾应开展整合管理,推广3R原则;认为堆肥化处理技术不宜在我国盲目发展,我国城市生活垃圾处理的新增方法为焚烧法,由此必须重视所带来的二恶英污染问题,所以,土地填埋应作为城市垃圾处置的主要方式.

| Abstract: | Technology trend and some problems about treatment and disposal of municipal solid wastes in China are analyzed with the world trend in municipal solid waste management. On the basis of integrated municipal solid wastes management, it is proposed that the 3R principal should be developed in China. At the same time, composting shouldn't overdevelop without implementing waste classification. The new major increasing treatment approach on municipal solid waste is incineration in China and dioxin pollutions from incinerator will be an important problem in the future in China. Landfill should be as a major disposal method of municipal waste. |
