鲍鱼多糖提取工艺的研究

摘    要:通过单因素实验研究鲍鱼多糖提取工艺参数.通过对固液比、提取温度以及提取时间的研究,确立各因素工艺条件,采用苯酚-硫酸法测定其多糖含量.当固液比为1:40、温摩为80℃、提取时间为3h时,得到了较好的提取率.在选择的最佳的工艺参数下,提取的鲍鱼粗多糖中多糖含量为74.89%,鲍鱼(干)中多糖含量为9.23%.

Abstract:Extraction technological parameters of polysaccharide in abalone were studied with themethod of single factor experiment. The condition of each factor for extraction polysaccharide form abalone was established through the, experiments of different ratios of material to extraction solvent, extraction temperature and extraction time. The method of phenol-sulfuric acid was applied to determining the content of the polysaccharide. The conditions of the factors were material to extraction solvent was 1:40, extraction 3 hours, extraction temperature as 80 ℃, and the content of polysaccharide in the raw polysaccharide was 74.89%, the content of polysaccharide in dried abalone was 9.23% under the selected technological parameter.
