| 摘 要： | 采用药用民族植物学的文献研究和调查编目等方法对涉及红花龙胆的文献进行系统梳理,对采集和收集的样品进行鉴定;运用高效液相色谱法对采集和收集样品中的芒果苷进行含量测定.结果显示,红花龙胆分布区内的苗族、土家族及汉族等民族均将红花龙胆用作清热、消炎、止咳之草药,用于治疗肺及肝胆疾病;12批样品中的芒果苷含量平均2.8%,传统应用全草的样品含量均超过2.O%.地区之间的含量没有显著差异.研究表明,芒果苷可视为红花龙胆的药效物质基础;芒果苷限量标准的制订可为以红花龙胆为原料的新药和成药标准的提升提供参考.
