摘    要:水杨酸使棉花酯酶同工酶和过氧化物同工酶发生明显变化,并表现出明显的浓度效应,结合宏观生长的观察发现:25ppm的水杨酸处理效果最佳,既能促进棉花种子的萌发和幼苗的生长,又能提高棉花的抗逆能力。

Abstract:The article deals with the obvious changes of Salicylic Acid on the macroscopic growth and the zymogram of Peroxidase-isozyme and Esterase-isozyme in seedlings of cotton. The result demonstrates that the effects of treatment with Salicylic Acid have obvious effect of concentration, and the 25ppm Salicylic Acid treatment has shown better effect. The increasing stress of cotton seedlings promotes the seed germination and the growth of seedlings, after 25ppm Salicylic Acid treatment.
