| 摘 要： | 鹌鹑的人工受精国内尚未见报道,其意义是可充分利用优良公母鹑,加速鹌鹑的繁育改良工作。本试验研究的结果证明,鹌鹑实行人工授精对公母鹑的健康均无损害,公母鹑共计147,试验4周无一死亡;也不影响母鹑的产蛋性能,试验组平均产蛋率为86.6％,自然交配对照组则为81.6％。但是原精液输精其受精率较低,最高仅为47.1％,这有待于进一步研究提高。

| Abstract: | This experiment studied on techniques for artificial fertilization of quail. The result shows that breeding of quail was raised by artificial fertilization. There is not any death and 147 quails was health during experiment. In Exp group the rate of Lay eggs is 88. 6% , and it is 81. 6% in control. But the rate of artificial fertilization is lower 47. 1%. It is perding further research and rise. |
