南瓜不同种及品种间过氧化物酶同工酶研究

摘    要:通过对南瓜属的三个主要栽培种美洲南瓜、中国南瓜和印度南瓜苗期、花期叶POD同工酶分析,研究了不同种间及品种间酶带的差异,以及酶带与性状间的关系,不同种间及品种间存在明显差异,为今后南瓜杂交亲本的确定及杂种的选择以及三个种间亲缘关系的确定提供了依据。

Abstract:The difference in enzyme bands of species and the relationship between bands and characters were examined by analysing the seedling stage and blossom stage from three mainly cultivated species in China: Cucurbita pepo L, C moschata D, and C maxima D. The result shows obvious difference in species and cultivars. It gives some useful references to select crossing parents and descendants for further study.
