| 摘 要： | 以脱毒彩色马铃薯试管苗茎段为试材,采用4因素3水平正交设计法,研究了不同配方培养基处理对彩色马铃薯脱毒试管苗壮苗的影响。当脱毒试管苗培养到40 d时,对彩色马铃薯试管苗的株高、茎粗、有效茎节数、根数等壮苗形态指标进行方差分析,以期筛选出彩色马铃薯脱毒试管苗壮苗的最佳培养基。实验结果表明:处理5(MS+6-BA 0.25 mg/L+IBA 0.25 mg/L+蔗糖40 g/L)是彩色马铃薯脱毒试管苗壮苗的最佳培养基。
