摘    要:对苍耳果实中处于不同休眠状态的大小两种种子,进行了五种生化指标分析。分析结果表明:苍耳种子含有较多不同分子量的贮藏蛋白和SOD;在细胞色素氧化酶和过氧化物酶同工酶谱方面,存在明显的差异。

Abstract:The article analyses five biochemistry index of big and small seed that are situated in different dormancy state in the fruit of Xanthium. The result of the analyses indicated that the seed of Xanthium Contains more different molecular weight's storage protein and superoxide dismutase (SOD). In some respects of isozyme zymogram of cytochrome oxidase and peroxidase exist obvious difference.
