摘    要:研究D-301大孔树脂富集刺山柑总酚酸的工艺条件及参数。以刺山柑阿魏酸含量为指标建立标准曲线,使用D-301大孔树脂,优选富集刺山柑总酚酸的最优条件。上样液浓度及pH对总酚酸吸附率有显著影响,而洗脱液的pH则显著影响解吸率。采用D-301树脂富集纯化刺山柑总酚酸,吸附率达98.1%,解吸率达72%。D-301树脂交换吸附刺山柑总酚酸的纯化方法可取,具有良好的应用前景。

Abstract:The parameters of absorption and purification of total phenolic acids in Capparis spinosa L. by D301 macro porous resin were investigated in this paper. Metheds : UV spectrophotometry, was used to analyze the content of total phenolic acids in Capparis spinosa L. with forulic acid as control. Results:The concentration and pH of loading solutions had significant effect on the reservation rate of total phenolic acid,the pH of elution had significant effect on the desorption rate of total phenolic acid. With the help of D301 macro porous resin,the reservation and desorption rate of total phenolic acid could reach 98.1% and 72.0%. Conclusion : D301 resin provided a good effect on the exchange and absorption of total phenolic acid in Capparis spinosa L.
