外加剂对碳纤维砂浆力学性能和结构的影响

摘    要:利用正交实验法分析了分散剂、减水剂等外加剂对碳纤维水泥砂浆力学性能和结构的影响。实验结果表明,本实验条件下外加剂最佳掺量分别为:甲基纤维素0.1%,硅粉12%,膨胀剂6%,减水剂0.9%,消泡剂0.06%,此时碳纤维水泥砂浆可以获得较好的力学性能;另外,试样压汞试验的孔径分布数据和SEM扫描图像分析表明,外加剂可以改善碳纤维水泥砂浆的孔径分布和表面形态.从而有利于提高材料的力学性能。

Abstract:In this paper, the influences of admixturcs, such as the dispersant and the superplasticizer, on the mechanical properties and structure of carbon fiber mortar were studied by orthogonal design experiment. On the basis of experimental tests, the optimum content of admixtures was determined, of which the methyl ceUulose was 0.1%, the silica power 12%, the expending agent 6%, the superplasticizer 0.9%, and the defoaming agent 0.06%. In addition, the MIP and SEM experiments were done. The test results showed that the admixtures could improve the mechanical properties, the distribution of aperture size and the surface morphology of the carbon fiber mortar.
