| 摘 要： | 利用日立Ｚ－８０００型原子吸收分光光度计测定了复方“催情促孕散”和其中７味中药Ｋ、Ｎａ、Ｃａ、Ｆｅ、Ｃｕ、Ｍｎ、Ｚｎ、Ｃｏ含量，利用７２２型分光光度计测定了Ｐ含量，利用日立８３５－５０型氨基酸自动分析仪测定了各样品中的１７种氨基酸，采用国标法测定了各样品的粗蛋白、粗纤维、粗脂肪、粗灰分。

| Abstract: | The compound promoting estrus primigravid powder and seven kinds of herb,which composed of it were analyzed.Using Hitachi Z 8000 atomic absortion spectrophometer,the contents of K,Na,Ca,Fe,Cu,Mn,Zn and Co were determined.Employing the 722 spectrophotometer,the content of phosphorus was determined.Using Hitachi 835 50 amino acid automatic analyzer,the contents of seventeen kinds of amino acids of each sample were determined.Using China's national standard method,the contents of CP,CF,EE,ASH were determined. |
