| 摘 要： | 测定了紫泥泉种羊场的259只良种细毛羊的血清运铁蛋白多态型。结果发现5种运铁蛋白(Tf)基因和9种Tf基因型,计算了各个Tf基因的分布频率。其优势基因为M(0.61),而频率较大的基因表现型为BM(0.394)和MM(0.378。

| Abstract: | Serum transferrin Polymorphism has been described in a total of 259 fine-wool sheep on the Ziniquan sheeP farm. Five transferrin alleles with nine Phenotypes were detected. The gene frequencies of various transferrin alleles were detected The most transferrin alleles which in population of fine wool sheep was M (0.61) . The more frequent transferrin PhenotyPes were BM (0.394) and MM (0.378) . |
