月季鲜切花瓶插衰老过程中保护酶活性和脂质过氧化水平初探

摘    要:测定了月季瓶插衰老过程中花瓣中保护酶活性和脂质过氧化水平的变化规律。结果表明:蛋白质含量在初期维持一定的水平,随后开始显著下降,其中清水处理下降幅度显著高于保鲜剂处理;MDA的含量有上升趋势;氧自由基的产生速率在处理期间显著上升,且清水处理的产生速率显著高于保鲜剂处理;POD、SOD活性前期有所上升,其后下降。

Abstract:The change regularity of the activity of protectiase and cell membrane lipid peroxidation of senescence precessing were investigated when putting fresh roses in a vase.The obtained results show:protein content kept fairlylevel,after significant decrease,and the degree of decrease of the treatment of pure water was higher than the treatment of preservatives;the malondialdehyde(MDA) content had increasing trend,the product of oxo free radical had significant increase,and the producing speed of the treatment of pure water was much faster than the treatment of preservatives,the change regularity of the activity of peroxidasd(POD) and superoxide dismutase(SOD)were identical,there is slow increase in the preceding stage and decrease in the later stage.
