苯丙氨酸解氨酶,多酚氧化酶与甜瓜抗枯萎病的关系

摘    要:哈密瓜枯萎病性不同的品系受枯萎病菌侵染后,苯丙氨酸解氨酶,多酚氧化酶与甜瓜品系的抗病性存在一定的相关性。接种后,PAL和PPOD活性高不论抗感病品系均在接种后第3天出现,抗病品系的PAL活性高于感病的品系,PPOD活性也高于感病的品系,并且抗病品系酶活性下降速度较感病品系慢

Abstract:There is a certain relationship between the enzymatic activity of PAL and PPOD as well as the Hami-melon varieties of different resistance and susceptibility.After inoculation,the PAL and PPOD activity was higher in both the resistant varieties and the susceptible ones,and peaks of enzymatic activity all appear the resistant-susceptible varieties in the third day.But the PAL and PPOD enzymatic activity of the resistant varieties was higher than the susceptible ones and peaks of enzymatic of resistant varieties more slowly than the susceptible ones.
